Booking & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

Booking a session with me is a personal request, not a transaction. What I offer takes preparation, emotional space, and full presence. This page explains how sessions are booked, how cancellations are handled, and the expectations we both agree to before moving forward.


1. Booking Is a Personal Invitation

All sessions are requested through:

When you submit a request, I personally review it.
You may be asked clarifying questions before your session is confirmed.
I will only approve bookings that feel aligned, safe, and clear.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a session.
If I decline your request, it is not personal. It simply means the energy is not the right match.


2. Screening Is Non-Negotiable

I do not see strangers without clarity and trust. Screening is part of my practice.
I may ask about your intentions, emotional state, or previous experience.
If your answers are vague, performative, or uncomfortable, I may decline your session without further explanation.

This is a private, emotionally intimate space. I take safety seriously.


3. Payment: In Advance or On Arrival

You may pay in full when booking using the form, or request to pay upon arrival.
If I approve payment on arrival, you must still confirm your session in writing.

Clients who do not show up after agreeing to pay on arrival will not be allowed to book again.

Refunds are not guaranteed for missed sessions, especially if no communication was received.


4. Cancellation Requires 24 Hours’ Notice

If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice.
This allows me to offer the time to someone else and preserve my emotional preparation.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you may lose your payment and the opportunity to book again.
If you cancel respectfully and with notice, I will always do my best to reschedule or refund you.


5. No-Shows Are Not Tolerated

If you do not show up for your session and do not contact me in advance, I will not rebook you.
No-shows waste more than time. They show a lack of presence, and I take that seriously.


6. Rescheduling Is Limited

You may reschedule your session once, if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Multiple reschedule requests may not be accepted.
Rescheduling must be requested in writing by email.

7. I May Cancel for Any Reason

If I feel that a session no longer feels safe, aligned, or respectful, I will cancel it.
This includes strange energy, unclear communication, or any behavior that makes me feel unsure.
If you have already paid, I will issue a refund.

I reserve the right to stop a session at any point if my boundaries are not respected.


8. You Must Be Honest and Over 21

You must be 21 years of age or older.
You must use your real identity when booking and communicating.
If you misrepresent your age, your name, or your intentions, you will not be allowed to engage with this work again.


9. Why This Policy Exists

This is a space that asks for emotional maturity.
I prepare for each session with care. That includes my energy, my environment, and my own nervous system.

This page exists to protect both of us, and to make sure we begin from mutual respect.
