Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

This page outlines the terms you agree to when engaging with Touch by Trans, including visiting this website, booking a session, or contacting Ms. Kelly in any form.

These terms exist to create clarity, mutual respect, and a protected space — for both of us.

1. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked exclusively through:

When booking, you may:

  • Pay in full in advance (via the booking form)
  • Choose to pay upon arrival — only if agreed in advance by Ms. Kelly

All bookings are subject to screening and confirmation. A session is not considered scheduled until you receive an email confirmation from Ms. Kelly directly.

Important: Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance or availability. Ms. Kelly reserves the right to decline any booking request.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand life happens. That’s why there’s a clear cancellation window:

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice — no penalty.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, or simply don’t show up, you may lose your booking and be refused future sessions.

This policy exists to respect time, emotional preparation, and the integrity of the space. Exceptions may be made in emergencies — but disrespect or ghosting will not be tolerated.

3. Screening, Safety & Discretion

All bookings are screened for safety, compatibility, and emotional alignment. This is not optional — it’s part of the practice.

Ms. Kelly reserves the right to:

  • Decline or cancel a session for any reason
  • Refuse communication that feels unsafe, aggressive, or unclear
  • Block or blacklist any client at her full discretion — with or without explanation

If at any point you are found to be dishonest, disrespectful, evasive, or misaligned with the space being held, your booking may be cancelled without notice and you may be permanently refused service.

This is a deeply intimate practice. Trust must go both ways.

4. Session Conduct & Boundaries

By booking, you agree to conduct yourself with complete respect — of space, time, and person.

You agree to:

  • Arrive clean, sober, and on time
  • Be emotionally present and mentally grounded
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully at all times
  • Keep all conversations and actions consensual and appropriate

You agree not to:

  • Pressure or negotiate services beyond what is offered
  • Use explicit or aggressive language
  • Attempt to record, photograph, or document the session
  • Arrive intoxicated or behave in a threatening or manipulative way

If any of these boundaries are crossed — the session will be ended immediately. No refund will be issued.

5. Nature of Services

Sessions at Touch by Trans are intimate, emotional, and embodied.
But they are not clinical, therapeutic, or contractual sexual services.

This work exists in a space of deep presence, consensual energy, and soul-based connection.
It is not for gratification alone. It is for awakening, integration, and being witnessed.

Clients who treat this work like a commodity, transaction, or sex-for-sale service will be declined and permanently banned.

6. Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website, make an inquiry, or book a session.

By accessing this site or contacting Ms. Kelly, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Of legal capacity in your location
  • Not acting on behalf of law enforcement or any regulatory body in disguise

Providing false age or identity information is grounds for immediate ban and potential legal action.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

All communication is treated with confidentiality.
Your personal information, booking details, and any sensitive data will never be sold or shared.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Ms. Kelly reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue services at her sole discretion. This includes:

  • Bookings that don’t feel energetically aligned
  • Inquiries that raise red flags
  • Clients who have previously broken trust, rules, or boundaries

This is not a corporate service. This is sacred work.
Trust, respect, and readiness are required.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time, without prior notice.
